This is a costume I designed inspired by Steampunk and Doctor Who! I imagine the character is a time traveler who has previously traveled with the Doctor. It's based on some Victorian patterns and has Doctor Who inspired details throughout. The gun is a modded Nerf. My wrist device is thanks to http://porkshanks.deviantart.com/
