The dress and arm warmers were made from pink spandex, and the buttons were sculpy with a ton of sanding. The wig is a boatload of extensions on top of a foam and wire frame.
- Personal Thoughts:
- That wig wasn't as hard as it looked. Certainly not as much of a beast as Millenia's hair was. I love Rose! So glad they put her in SF4
