Yes, you are seeing this correctly. My ass is (barely) covered by a #$%^ing fuku. Of course, this is not Sailor Moon, but the fake Sailor Moon from episode 33 of the anime. I personally like to refer to this costume as Sailor Zoisite, or Zoisite in drag. The tiara was purchased from Catzia, the wig was borrowed last minute from Jayuna because mine did not arrive in time. Boots were purchased, cut to have a point, then re-hemmed. Everything else was made by me. Fukus are harder than they look.

Personal Thoughts:

I once swore that I would never wear a fuku... At this point I'm saying that I'll only wear a skirt if I'm crossplaying. ;)
