Wow. Okay, so some backstory! Doctor Who and the Curse of the Fatal Death is a charity parody, in a nutshell. (Wikipedia here! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Doctor_Who_and_the_Curse_of_Fatal_Death) It's pretty brilliant, with visits by 9-13 Doctors, a fiancee companion (though I don't generally support Doctor/companion romance), and a Master who's amazing. So Lucifer Sama said something along the lines of "Let's do it!" and asked Hitori to be her Master and me to be the companion, as she was the Thirteenth Doctor, the lady one. Anyway, if you're a fan you should definitely look this up. It's hilarious. And we got a great response at Gallifrey One wearing these costumes. Emma's black dress is a cotton knit (mm comfy) and the red dress is some kind of synthetic knit. Kinda ugly fabric but pretty perfect for what I wanted it for. Thrift store boots, Wal*Mart fanny pack, and wig borrowed from Hitori. Yay!
