Construction Details:

This is my favorite variation of emeraldas's designs, plus i feel it goes better if i one day hopefully get a full on galaxy express 999 group i'd have a corresponding emeraldas to match! though little did i know the bodysuit version would be quite a hard task :X Since fanime i had been piecing the bodysuit patterns together, making sure it fit nicely. i made the front part of the bodysuit have an overlapping front panel, instead of just slapping on bias tape to the front of the bodysuit to make the vertical line :) it took engineering on my part but i like the end result! the bodysuit has hand-painted gold bias tape, which also has individually machine-stitches that create the black lines. Skull belt buckles, and skull pin on cape were casted by my bf. I painted the buckles to look the way they do to be aged, and roughed up :3 Guns are replica's bought to go with the costume.

Personal Thoughts:

This costume turned out exactly how i wanted to. down to the last detail of how the belts look, the bodysuit and the cape. I couldn\'t be happier with this costume.
