Construction Details:

My bf had cape fabric he had never used, and it was the right shade of blue and perfect fabric for Belarus. The apron was a giant beast! It had many many yards of navy bias tape sewn down throughout the waist and tails of the apron. Cuffs bib were made free-hand, and has lace sewn on the edges.

I even made my own petticoat for this costume as well, since the con was in 2 days there was no way i could get one in time!

Personal Thoughts:

I had a lot of fun as her, and carrying knives around, and just being good 'ol scary Belarus :3 Anyways Sac-anime 2009 was a very last minute decision to go, but I whipped up a Belarus costume to wear with friends!
