The bodice is made using the Green Pepper dancer/ice skater outfit patter. The lining is cotton based swim suite material that has been dyed to a dark maroon. The fashion fabric is crushed penne. The arms and legs and hat are made using Isis Creepe and Chiffon. The sash and bow is also Isis Crepe. The wig I styled myself, using the Amphigory "Kelly" wig as a base.
