Construction Details:

This was a simple semi-last minute costume that I made so I could walk around Anime Supercon when I was tired of my Hibana one. XP I put wires in the bows so they always stay straight and I never have to iron them. Mwahahaha! I made the boot covers with a hole on the bottom so I could use the shoes for another scout if I wanted to. I also had those three earrings she has on each ear...but my glorious wig covers them. XD
