About this Costume
Construction Details:
Dedicated to the lovely ladies of Katsucon 2008 who inspired me with their silliness to attempt to create a My Little Pony they had not.

The entire dress was hand-made using white spandex fabric, felt and glitter paint for the symbols, and a boa for the tail. The wig was bought, altered with paint (for the lavender stripe), and the ears and horn are made of polar fleece which was stuffed and then hand sewn to the wig.

All in all, I'm pleased with how it came out, and I got to relive the Eighties in a big way. Again, thank you to those lovely ladies who were my inspiration for this costume!
