This costume was featured in the Japanese cosplay magazine "COSMODE" vol 26 in 2009! All the armor is constructed from craft foam and posterboard, and is based on historical Japanese samurai armor. The helmet was built off a kid's batting helmet. The chestpiece is a big plushy, and the eyes light up! Makeup is based off kabuki stage makeup.
