Construction Details:

I never imagined the brocade to be SO hard to work with, not even serging helped. The ruffles were premade at Joann. The skirt and gold vinyl were things already in my black hole closet. Somehow I threw everything together and outcome this cosplay.

Personal Thoughts:

The moment I heard about Hetalia and it's story, I proclaimed that I would cosplay Taiwan SOMEHOW. If such a small place like Taiwan would actually get it's own character. And guess what, it did. And I jumped on the chance to be a small Taiwanese girl. Since you know... I wasn't already one everyday in RL already >.> But err... Taiwan Pride, yay~ Or somethin...
