I love Bioshock but didn't like the skirts the female splicers wore. I eventually found artwork of Rosebud, a Thuggish Splicer with a pinstripped mechanics outfit. I bought and modified a dickies outfit and pinstripped it, my boyfriend made the pipe. That is a wig, my hair isn't as rich colored
