Construction Details:

I has always wanted to do a Misa outfit since I first read the manga but it took me forever to get around to it. This has to be one of my favorite outfits of her's and I rarely see it made. Everything but the petticoat was made by me. I used a corset pattern and modded the shape for the top. The arm pieces are made from the left over bits of stocking after I turned them into thigh highs so that the lace pattern match. I had the perfect wig in my stash and all I had to do to it really was cut the bangs. I found a great purse at the thrift store to go with this costume that is super handy for carrying around my Death Note and other things for the con.
