Construction Details:

The Pantasia uniform, apron and scarf were made by my mother at that time, when I still were pretty much a newbie to sewing ^^u The jeans were old ones I owned, and the shoes were a pair of red trainers the first time I wore this costume, but later I managed to find a cheap pair of red converse shoes....(Read More) I wore a self-made headband at first because I couldn't find one in the right color, but finally I got one. In my last photoshoot, I also substituted the old jeans for actual blue trousers, binded and did my makeup properly and also made Ja-pan #16 out of Worbla and decorated it with flour, cinnamon and chocolate :3

Personal Thoughts:

Azuma was my first crossplay ever, and very funny to wear: he's lovable and determined and I love to get in-character XD It's also very comfortable :3 Yakitate!! JAPAN is one of my favourite series, a shounen with all its typical elements but that's also far from what you'd expect of an ordinary one. And with tons of on crack humor! XDD

Styling Notes

After using my -black- and -curly- natural hair and a then terrible party wig the first three times I wore this costume 10 years ago, I finally had the chance of using an actual wig. I just cut and styled my Arya wig, not without a little bit of pain because it was so long and beautiful ;_;
