Construction Details:

There's some parts of this costume I enjoy quite a bit, but it needs so much work still. The preparation was rushed for Otakon 2008. And it'll be undergoing heavy revisions. XD The armor looks a bit weird because I was a bit ambitious, and I wanted to be able to lift or move my arms in any direction. I've since aborted that plan though, and will be remaking the shoulder pads entirely. I also plan on remaking the tunic that goes over the dress, since it's made from lining, which is meh. D: I need to repaint the sash in the front too (I don't like how the shimmery paint looks) as well as make the proper hair caps for the pieces in front. Oh, and I need to antique the armor as well... lots to do. :B I started the costume initially around four weeks before the con, but in total I probably only spent about a week on it. x.x The seams aren't finished or anything. >_<;
