Construction Details:

I wanted to get some more use out of my Primera wig and have something more comfortable and easier to get around in for panels and such. So I threw together Primera's Tsubasa costume. I already had the white and pink fabric, wire, paint, and a friend had the boots. All I had to get was a piece of craft foam, a yard of yellow fabric, and some thread. I guess it was meant to be.
