It took me about a week to make and under $100. =3 The broach, earrings, and diamonds on the dress are made from paper plates that I had, and I also made the top hat and the bag from construction paper, cardboard, and a lot of staples and hot glue. XD The cape was the hardest to make, but it turned out so nice that I'm excited about it. The only thing not hand made by me are the boots, the socks, and the gloves.
