Construction Details:

I'd thought about the costume before I saw Gurren Lagann but I didn't think I'd like her character that much but I was proven very wrong when I watched it all! I REALLY love how this costume turned out even if it's not perfect it's one of my favourites :D The wig is platinum blonde because I didn't think the blue would show up on anything darker than that. The blue bits "drawn" on with a letraset marker. Took ages but I like how it turned out! Shame it doesn't show up very well in photos. The flower, belt, armbands and collar are made of painted foam and all the gems are fimo clay (coated in clear nail polish...very professional...:P). And I realise I'm an idiot and wore my flower on the wrong side XD Took me a while to realise the reference picture I was using had been flipped. I'm special...
