About this Costume

Fairly simple costume since most of it is normal clothes. The cape is handsewn and so are the bootcovers and that was basically all I had to make.
- Personal Thoughts:
- I cut up the bottom of the cape and used dry RIT dye to make the bottom look like it is aged from the acid rain. It worked pretty well.
