Construction Details:

Ohmanohman.... This costume is a major pain in my ass. If you couldn't tell by looking at my other pictures, I'm pretty fricken pale... AND I'm not exactly slender like Revy... SO I took some chances making his costume. First of all, I left the shirt long enough to hide my tummy, but short enough that it could be slightly visible for the effect. Once I tone up, I will shorten it properly. Also, I dyed my skin tan for this!! I used a bottle of spray on nylons, and it worked out great. The tattoo was very patiently drawn on by my boyfriend, who has officially concluded that her tattoo is different in every image. The makeup took me over an hour to put on and almost two to get off entirely... Also, those shorts D: I cut a pair of shorts shorter, but it looked funny and flaired out at the bottom, so I ended up having to take them in at three points, including the back seam and the crotch. It was hard to disguise... In any case, I think I pretty much pulled it off and I'm very pleased with myself... @_@
