Well, yes a lot of this is store bought and then altered. So yes, I did shop specifically for the articles to make up the costume. The shirt, was the result of browsing several stores and finding what I wanted @ Old Navy, the belt was located at Payless, the googles were purchased on Amazon.com (snowboarding goggles for the win), the jacket(and yes it was altered to include the stripes) was happily located at Limited Too, and the blades were won from an eBay auction. My pride of this costume is the, if you can't tell, the blades. I'm the only Ringo cosplayer who has actually gone and done this...=) They are hand painted with acrylic paint, White-Out and red fabric paint.
