Construction Details:

This is one of my favorite costumes I've ever made. But then how could I not love being that sparkly? I seriously leave glitter everywhere when I wear this. To make this I used a Kwik Sew pattern and made two mock-ups before I even thought about cutting into my silver glitter covered black stretch velvet. I made the boot covers, belt, and bracers with silver spandex. And I even have accurate jewelry for this even though it goes unnoticed. The wig always covers my earrings. And one of my friends went to the trouble to cut out the eagle for my choker for me. Thanks to Donna I also made it into issue #205 of Wizard Magazine for their 17th Annual Costume Contest!
