Construction Details:

Update: My friend wore the costume again this year to Acen! I was going to bring my Lolita Jiggly but...I had no time! Update: So my friend went as Pokemon trainer for Anime Central! His first cosplay too! He made the Pokeballs himself and they were a blast! This costume was made for my brother AKA. The Stig (Self Proclaimed best Jigglypuff Player in the Midwest!). He is not a cosplayer but he came to Anime Expo to play SSBB! I told him he is dressing up no matter what! So for his Birthday I made him the Pokevest/hat/backpack and got him this HUGE Jigglypuff that He loves! We had so much fun at the Smash gathering! Poor Jigglypuff who was beaten to death there! JKJK!

Personal Thoughts:

He love this outfit so much he plans to wear (or at least bring Jiggly) to his tournaments!
