Construction Details:

I made this one for Halloween 1996 to get my Sailor Moon obsession out of my system. I had NO IDEA there was hobby called cosplay back then. I just liked making costumes and her outfit is cute and fun. ^_^ I used a leotard as the base and modified that McCall's childrens pattern. For the accessories I raided my local craft store for supplies. For that Halloween I did have the boot covers, but later found red suede boots. Since then I've replaced the leotard once and it really needs to be remade at this point. I'd like to do it more like the live-action version. Old costume is old. And later on I bought the yellow wig because my hair was dyed red at the time!
