My roommate and I banged this out quickly before Acen 2008 because our friend was going as Ivysaur and she wanted other Pokeman to play with. I pitched in a lot more on this one, so all Islington had to do was sew things together. And I have no idea how she made the little tuft by hand. But this costume is ridiculously comfortable, and insanely adorable.
