Neo Serenity asked me to fill in for Princess Pluto for their Princesses. Unfortunately, two of the girls couldn't make it, but it was a nice group. I don't make women's clothes often, and this dress almost barely fit me! But instead, it looks pretty good on my form. I handstitched some wire into the neckline to get that "w" shape and have it at the exact angle I wanted it. The wig was styled by Neo Serenity and borrowed from someone else.
