I really love this series, and I love d'Eon .... probably more than most other characters. I'd been planning this for a long time - carefully scoping out fabrics and buttons and the like. However, I failed pretty hard on execution - and this is where I learned that edging isn't my strong point. By a long shot. So after ditching my failed vest (long ago thrown away, no one needs to see that ever) I went and played with lovely ladies in the first layers of the dragoon outfit. I want to try the tan coat next though - I really like the seamlines on the back.
