Construction Details:

Tasu bought me a uniform for Christmas because she's wonderful. And of course because she wanted me to cosplay with her >D Unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to wear these together... gosh, I think ever. So I wore it at SacAnime, along with Sai's Atobe wig because I could never figure out how to make the one she gave me look as good as she had made it.
