Construction Details:

This costume was pretty simple to put together, I made the high-collared shirt, jumper dress, petticoat, and hat by modifying a bunch of different patterns. The pink plaid fabric for the jumper dress was a bit difficult to find, and while the fabric still isn't an exact match to the artbook illustration, I thought it was pretty and would convey the same effect. I made all the tassels (there are 90 in total) by cutting strips of yarn, folding them, and tying them together.
