Construction Details:

I went for comfort rather than details. I used a yellow cotton for both the shorts and vest top. I borrowed a friend's shirt. I used shrinky dinks for the blue triangles and the suspenders were made from three different pieces of ribbon. :D The thigh highs were store bought and I bought a new pair of boots to go with the costume if I ever wear it again.

Personal Thoughts:

Its in the remaking with actual yellow pvc.
