Construction Details:

I love all the alternate outfits at Ouran, and Chas, KawaiiAya, & I had decided to go to Tales of Anime probably a week before. So I decided, "Hey! Chas & I love these waiters... lets' see if KawaiiAya wants to play!" They agreed, and we drug PikminLink into the festivities, and lo~ I popped out four vests in something like two days. Which really just ended with supergluing snaps for fake buttonholes BUT IT WORKED. And I love these vests!
