Construction Details:

Being part of Last Chance Myu, we got to make BLINGY costumes for our performance at Anime Oasis 2007 (to be used again at performances at Nan Desu Kan 2007 and Katsucon 2008). OH MAN. I don't think I've ever or will ever make anything as COMPLICATED and crazy. Think of this. Both skirts have the pleats, right? But at the bottom, there's a line of lame bias tape. With metallic trim overtop. With a line of BEADS overtop that. It's a wonder we don't fall over! Oh, these costumes. So despite feeling like a great big UFOchan, the performances are SUPERFUN. And all those millions of hours of hard work were totally worth it.
