Construction Details:

This dress was created by using stretch velvet. It's very snuggly fit. The hat was created from wires and the same material from the dress. I scattered multicolored beads on the tail end of the hat. The coat.. I forgot what kind of material but I used vinyl at the top and made it like a loose shirt. The shoes, gloves, and scarf were previously purchased.

Personal Thoughts:

This was my first time that I used stretch velvet so it was pretty difficult but it worked like stretch penne. I think the hat is the cutest thing in the world.
