This is actually an original design. There was no Sailor V in the musicals thus far. But the design of Sailor V has always been my favorite and I wanted to incorporate the flashy Myu design into it with mine. I sewed the pleats down because I am a retard, which is why the skirt doesnt floof correctly -_-
