Construction Details:

My favorite game character. Probably the most intense cosplay I've done so far. Everything is made by myself except the black catsuit underneath and the wig - those are bought. This is made of fabric (cotton, knit) and plastics, foamies and lots and lots of paint and glue. And LOTS of patience! Aigis has an interesting hair color - it's blonde but not "too" blonde and not dark. It's very wispy and light yellow - so I dyed it myself. I plan to re-make this for a more durable and comfortable fit for Otakon and also actually make her "stick" feet. But with this one, I ran out of time and had to be practical. My right fingers are actually wired to blink as if she is firing (she shoots bullets from her fingers). This is hard to see in photos. I wired it past my arm and into the glove. Plan to rework this to be more flexible. Few got to see the blinking lights in person. It was fun. I was mostly using them as a flashlight though during the Dark Hour. ^^;

Personal Thoughts:

Will be doing FES version for Otakon 2008. I'm remaking this entire thing so I wont rush it like I did. = I'd like to try a different material and a different method at armor making. I really loved being in this cosplay but lots of things need to be fixed.
