Construction Details:

Jill Valentine from Resident Evil 3 after she gets some weapons. Outfit consists of a black miniskirt with a grey strip around the edge, a custom-made blue satin-cloth tube-top, black straps and ammo pouches all made from pieces of one black backpack, black seude boots with straps on the top and pointed toes/heels, air-soft gun, cheez-whiz "healing spray" to tuck into back ammo pouch, brunette wig cut to Jill's bob style (previously chest-length with no bangs), black leather gloves modified to be fingerless and to have panels along the back of the hand, white long-sleeved shirt to tie around waist, silver watch with brown leather buckle to wear over gloves.
