Construction Details:

Due to other costumes pushing this back to the very last minute, it was made in 2 days before the intended convention. Point in lesson: never again. The top gave me the most difficulty, as I had to draft my own patterns, switch between pinning it on the mannequin and myself, and designing it to look accurate, but not overly revealing. Due to time constraints, I originally made the blue bias tape designs based on the figurine/ref art, and went in later to repaint the top to match. I also fixed the hair buns, added ankle ribbons, and fixed properly matching shoes.

Personal Thoughts:

I'm so proud of how it came out, it's easily one of my favorites, mostly because I've been meaning to make it for nearly a year, hunting down reference shots and figurines.
