Construction Details:

three layers of trimed skirts, bodice, top, and hat all hand made. wand was store bought that i added a bit to! i used the noriko wig again just for fun!

Personal Thoughts:

this was for halloween at my school, and i wanted to win. sadly i became a judge so could not.
