About this Costume

This costume took $85 and 35-40 hours to make. The hoop skirt was ordered online and the wig was bought form SakuraWigs.com, but everything else was hand made. All of the detailing, gold and purple, was hand painted on the gown, and all of the ruffles were pleated by hand. This costume is one of my favorites :)
