Construction Details:

Tranquility and I love DDR, so we made costumes of our favorite versions of Zukins. I chose Evil-Zukin because I liked the character design with all the ribbons and zigzag things all mashed everywhere. Turns out that having a lack of adequate sewing time before the con (plus some unfortunate family issues at the time) didn't bode well for this costume, and I was not at all satisfied with the results. This costume is retired. The top and hood were made from black spandex, and the skirt and most of the details were made from cotton fabric. I added different colors and types of ribbon all over this costume. It honestly was a total mess, but we still had fun!
