We decided to take a little liberty with her vest - I found a gorgeous jacquard that...(Read More) almost matched the screentone pattern, and even though the vest for the other character is plain, we decided to make them match like a pair. This was my first experience with this pattern, and I love it! Poofy sleeves! I also modified the top so because the character is male, so I made the dress so I could bind underneath and have it still look good. Which basically just meant extending the darts. I also made the curved neckline into a more boxlike shape.
