Tasu got me started watching HunterxHunter, and although she wanted me to do someone else, I... really love Hisoka. XD The whole thing's made out of light cotton, but double-layered because it's thin. The card symbols are heat & bonded on, and the 'puffs' are cording in between layers of cotton. The hair is mine! Just sprayed blue.
