Construction Details:

FLOOF! I'm a poofball! The construction was pretty straightforward. I started with the blue underskirt, then the white overskirt, bloomers, and top. I don't like making fitted tops, so of course I made that last, but it came out pretty well. I painted white shoes a shimmery blue, and the wings were borrowed from one of the Plenairs. They're from a dog Halloween costume, but were the right size / floof for this!
