Why I made it? AWW LOVE HER OUTFITS! She's just a fun character. The anime is great as for th manga. How I made it? Well The skirt was made like any other skirt... The top was a Baby doll patern, a bit big... but well nothing extravagant. The wig was styled by me and cut. All the other accessories like collar, ring, laces, etc were done by me.
