Construction Details:

Originally made for AnimeBoston way back when, but I only wore it for a short period of time and wanted to restyle the wig and add a few accessories. This AnimeUSA (2009) I finally dragged it out of the closet, restyled the wig, and made a rose whip out of some tubing from Lowe's and a LOT of floral tape.
