AKA "The Ribbon Girl" costume. I've become famous, if only in a very minor fandom way, for this costume. LOL Don't reacall exactly why I wanted to do it, except perhaps for the sheer brazenness of it all and knowing that nobody else had the guts to do it. hehe The secret is double-sided tape. :P
