Construction Details:

It was funny making people guess who they thought I was too (cause no one knows Fujina let alone Himiko-den. Someone even thought I was Queen Diva from El Hazard!

Personal Thoughts:

Well, I think the first thing I liked about Fujina's costume when I saw the picture was her cool head thing. I love making cool head thingies! Especially with wierd red feathers sticking out of them. (hee hee!) I think her costume wasn't that difficult in the making, the hardest part was the boot covers! Those were a PAIN in the ass to make cause they were so intricate in their designs and I had to make them cover my really nice leather boots that I didn't want to ruin. And the costume was SO hot! I had two capes on and the only part of me that WASN'T covered in fabric were two narrow holes on the shoulders (which incidentally were covered with the cape when I was wearing it.) It was funny, when we met Kubo-sensei, I was complaining about the heat, and he said " Oh, I'm sorry... it is my fault isn't it?" Cause he was the one who designed the costume I was wearing!
