Construction Details:

Made a mock-up first to make it fit correctly, and indicated where i wanted the alternate color panels of black and white. I did the same with the shorts. Red bias tape is stitched down. Wig was purchased from ebay, and it's gorgeous, no styling required *_*

Personal Thoughts:

I just love the movie design so i tackled it as my first utena cosplay to do!
