Personal Thoughts:

Petra is very much like Jesse. Very dominating and diva-like. I love the way she looks and acts. I wore this to Halloween 2000. I was also working at the halloween store that year and had access to really great accessories for this costume. At the time my real hair was super long and I didn't have bangs, so I put my hair in a ponytail & used green temporary spray on my hair. I worked out great! ^_^
