Construction Details:

I was one of the Mistress' of Ceremonies at my store's Grand Hallows Ball for the Midnight Release of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. There were almost 3000 people in my store, and every book passed through my hands... I was a very very tired Death Eater...

Personal Thoughts:

I love this costume!!! I used a modified version of a summer dress in black cotton. I drafted a pattern to re-create the split sleeves in order to show my Dark Mark (a temp tattoo). The sleeves had a habit of twisting after 10 !!! hours working in them. My hair also got plenty deflated by the end of the night. I handed out over 1200 copies of Harry Potter that night... hence the very Bella like look ;)
